Key Responsibilities:

Spearhead the design, execution, and assessment of marketing initiatives across various business lines and priorities, including conversion triggers, nurturing, and retention strategies. Oversee and apply the established testing and learning framework to continuously enhance CRM initiatives, aligning with the client's strategic goals. Construct messaging frameworks and data-driven customer journey maps. Analyze campaign performance reports to extract key insights and recommendations for senior leadership. Create comprehensive creative briefs that provide expertise to support CRM and multi-channel marketing efforts. Identify and manage customer targeting and segmentation strategies, ensuring list integrity and performance. Foster strong partnerships with key client stakeholders, gaining familiarity with and supporting the client's corporate culture, policies, and values. Confidently present strategic recommendations to clients and share knowledge with colleagues to help establish agency best practices. Stay informed about emerging media, technologies, and platforms in the digital, CRM, and e-commerce arenas to ensure the optimal application of new tactics and ideas.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing with a concentration on CRM communications. Highly organized and capable of thriving in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary environment (creative, analytical, and production). Strong background in client-facing roles with expertise in customer journey mapping and digital communication strategies. Analytical mindset with proficiency in brief writing, interpreting, and presenting reports and analytics using specialized tools and custom reporting. Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.). Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
