Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior CRM Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing CRM strategies that drive customer engagement and loyalty. This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement personalized marketing campaigns, leveraging data and analytics to inform decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute CRM strategies that align with business objectives
  • Design and implement personalized marketing campaigns, leveraging data and analytics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives
  • Manage and execute A/B testing initiatives to optimize campaign performance
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including analytics, marketing, and product teams
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in CRM and personalization

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing and CRM, with a focus on personalization and A/B testing
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing practices and technology
  • Experience with SQL, JavaScript, HTML email authoring, CSS, and marketing automation platforms
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to think critically and prioritize tasks effectively
