  • Maintain Operation of Computer Systems and Equipment: Ensure the smooth operation of hotel computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging for repairs and maintenance as needed to maintain business continuity and customer service delivery.
  • Requisition Materials and Supplies: Procure necessary materials and supplies to maintain hotel operations, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing disruptions.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience: Experience in hotel operations, customer service, or a related field is an asset.
  • Work Setting: Hotel, motel, or resort environment.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Outlook and other hotel management software.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, dependable, flexible, organized, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
