Job Title: Guest Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Service Supervisor to join our team at Comfort Inn Edmundston. As a key member of our hotel staff, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, establishing work schedules and procedures, and performing same duties as workers supervised.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operation of our hotel services.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency.
  • Perform same duties as workers supervised, including tasks such as preparing and submitting reports, resolving work problems, and assisting clients/guests with special needs.
  • Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure a well-trained and motivated team.
  • Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery, and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's licence to operate company vehicles.
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all tasks and responsibilities.
  • Fast-paced environment with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Large workload with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Standing for extended periods with the ability to move around the hotel as needed.
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a client-focused approach.
Experience:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role or industry.
