Hotel Receptionist

At Happy Motel, we are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Hotel Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring their stay is memorable.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be required to multitask, handle multiple phone lines, and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
Responsibilities:
- Manage guest room reservations, check-ins, and check-outs
- Process payments, respond to guest inquiries, and resolve any issues that may arise
- Provide information on hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Maintain accurate records, complete reports, and perform administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or post-secondary education an asset
- 1-6 months of experience in a similar role; training provided for the right candidate
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Able to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
