Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for our team.
- Office Management
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our office, including maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Ensure that all office equipment and supplies are properly maintained and stocked.
- Coordinate with our IT department to resolve any technical issues.
- Communication
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with our team members, clients, and vendors.
- Communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
- Prepare and distribute meeting minutes and other documents as required.
- Education
- No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
- Experience
- At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
- Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
This is a permanent, full-time position with a 30-40 hour workweek. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to multitask effectively.
