We are in search of a Salesforce Administrator with a strong background in development to enhance our Revenue Operations team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in configuring and optimizing Salesforce to drive our operational success. Key Responsibilities:
  • Customize and configure Salesforce to align with organizational objectives.
  • Design and implement processes that enhance workflow efficiency and scalability.
  • Lead initiatives to ensure data integrity, managing data migration and integration projects.
  • Create and maintain insightful reports and dashboards to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
  • Work collaboratively with various teams, including Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Data, to understand their specific needs and tailor Salesforce solutions accordingly.
Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience, with 2-4 years specifically in Salesforce.
  • Possession of Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, and/or Platform Developer I).
  • Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and maintenance, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations and familiarity with other sales enablement SaaS applications such as Salesloft, Gong, and ZoomInfo (preferred).
  • Strong business acumen and problem-solving abilities to comprehend business processes and devise effective Salesforce solutions.
  • Analytical mindset with robust data analysis skills.
  • Experience in Agile development methodologies.
  • Attention to detail with a knack for identifying opportunities for process and system enhancements.
  • A growth-oriented mindset, eager to learn and stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and industry best practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or neobanking.
  • A diverse background with experience in both fast-paced startups and established organizations.
