About The Role
We are in search of a dynamic and seasoned Solution Architect to join our innovative team at FCTG. Following the successful overhaul of our extensive Salesforce platform, our goal is to further enhance our business capabilities through technology while advancing our global operational framework. The business processes facilitated through Salesforce encompass Marketing, Sales, Implementations, Account Management, Operations, and Support. This role presents a unique opportunity to elevate FCTG's operational effectiveness and transform our customer engagement strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Align business workflows with Salesforce best practices to ensure solutions yield tangible business outcomes.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement optimal solutions.
- Lead the successful delivery of solutions that meet user and business requirements.
- Design, document, and establish foundational data structures and workflows.
- Translate functional requirements into features and functionalities.
- Contribute to the generation of innovative ideas.
- Oversee business and technical grooming for requirements while managing solution optimization.
- Partner with the Design Advisory and Governance team to uphold standards.
- Provide guidance on the technical direction of the team.
- Support the Head of Platform Technology.
- Innovate and discover new avenues for delivering value.
- Assist with Testing/QA through peer reviews.
- Facilitate the UAT process by collaborating with Business Analysts and key stakeholders to develop and execute testing plans.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for technical designs and lessons learned.
- Collaborate with Support, Governance, and Enablement teams for user rollouts.
- Review, manage, and conduct regression testing for Salesforce releases.
- Contribute to the development of the Salesforce roadmap.
- Mentor team members in business analysis, project management, and Salesforce best practices.
Experience & Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator.
- Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I.
- Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder.
- 5-7 years of project experience in leading solution architecture design.
- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud implementation.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Omni Channel.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud Voice.
- Experience with Salesforce Einstein for Service.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce's out-of-the-box functionality, security, and best practices.
- Solid grasp of object-oriented techniques.
- Technical proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs; experience with other programming languages is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills for effective interaction with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and end users.
- Knowledge of SDLC methodologies.
- Comprehensive understanding of Salesforce governor limits.
- Experience working in Agile development teams.
- Ability to develop physical data architectures based on logical data models.
- Demonstrated conflict resolution skills to ensure positive outcomes.
