About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team at 3 PRO PAINTING LTD. as an Exterior and Interior Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality painting services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and Finish Surfaces: Prepare, clean, and sand surfaces to be painted, ensuring a smooth finish.
  • Repair and Restore: Repair cracks and holes in walls and surfaces, restoring them to their original condition.
  • Color Consultation: Advise clients on colors and choice of wall coverings, taking into account their personal preferences and design goals.
  • Painting and Finishing: Apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces, ensuring a professional finish.
  • Estimation and Planning: Estimate costs and materials required for each project, ensuring accurate planning and execution.
Work Environment and Conditions
  • Work Setting: Work in various locations, including residential and commercial properties.
  • Physical Demands: The job requires physical stamina, with frequent bending, crouching, and kneeling.
  • Weight Handling: Lift and move materials weighing up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in painting and surface finishing.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
