About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team at Kaizen Renovations Corp. as an Exterior and Interior Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, cleaning, and sanding surfaces to be painted, repairing cracks and holes, and applying paint, wallpaper, and other materials and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Surface Preparation: Prepare, clean, and sand surfaces to be painted, ensuring a smooth and even finish.
  • Repair and Maintenance: Repair cracks and holes in surfaces, and perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure surfaces are in good condition.
  • Painting and Finishing: Apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces, using a variety of techniques and tools.
  • Workplace Safety: Ensure a safe working environment by following all safety protocols and procedures, and reporting any hazards or incidents to management.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position, working 40 hours per week. The work language is English, and the work term is permanent. The work environment is on the road, with frequent travel to various job sites.
