Front Desk Hotel Associate

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Hotel Clerk to join our team at Slave Lake Accommodations LTD.
Key Responsibilities:- Guest Registration: Register arriving guests and assign rooms in a timely and efficient manner.
- Arrival and Departure Processing: Process group arrivals and departures, taking into account room availability and guest preferences.
- Room Reservations: Take, cancel, and change room reservations as needed, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Guest Information: Provide guests with information on hotel facilities and services, as well as points of interest in the surrounding area.
- Departure Processing: Process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments in a professional and courteous manner.
- Inventory Management: Maintain an accurate inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
- Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and contact customers to deliver requested wake-up calls.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and strong communication skills.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, team player, and ability to work in a permanent position with 30 hours per week.
