Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional results and creating a positive work environment. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team, driving business growth, and ensuring that our facilities are clean, safe, and welcoming for our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, hire, train, and develop a team of fitness professionals who are dedicated to delivering exceptional member experiences.
  • Business Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, including recruiting new members, increasing revenue, and improving operational efficiency.
  • Facility Management: Ensure that our facilities are clean, safe, and welcoming for our members, including maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization.
  • Member Experience: Deliver exceptional member experiences by providing prompt and courteous service, resolving member complaints, and ensuring that our facilities meet the highest standards of quality and cleanliness.
  • Staff Development: Develop and implement training programs to ensure that our staff have the skills and knowledge they need to deliver exceptional member experiences.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: 2+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the fitness industry.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, including experience with financial management, marketing, and sales.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
