Sales General Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales General Manager to join our team at 2476165 ONTARIO INC. as a key member of our leadership team.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and success.
- Resource Allocation: Effectively allocate material, human, and financial resources to achieve business objectives.
- Team Leadership: Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Financial Management: Establish financial and administrative controls to ensure fiscal responsibility.
- Human Resources: Approve overall human resources planning, including hiring and training initiatives.
This is a permanent position with a standard work week of 35-44 hours.
Language and Work SettingThe primary language of work is English, and the work setting is a retail/wholesale establishment/distribution centre.
