About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Story Coffee & Bakery LTD. as a key member of our culinary team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution

Develop and implement menus that showcase our commitment to quality and excellence, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards.

Inventory Management

Oversee the inventory of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that we maintain optimal levels to meet customer demand.

Team Leadership

Lead and motivate our kitchen team to deliver exceptional service and quality, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

Cleanliness and Safety

Ensure that our kitchen and work areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained, adhering to all health and safety regulations.

Supply Chain Management

Source and procure high-quality ingredients and supplies, negotiating prices and terms to ensure the best value for our business.

Customer Service

Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all customers receive a warm and welcoming experience in our café and bakery.

Requirements
  • Education

A college diploma or equivalent in culinary arts or a related field.

Experience

A minimum of 1 year of experience as a head cook or executive chef in a similar environment.

Skills

Excellent culinary skills, with a focus on menu planning, inventory management, and team leadership.

Language

Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with our team and customers.
