About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Odd Couple Restaurant. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution

Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our guests.

Chef Management

Supervise and mentor our kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to deliver high-quality dishes.

Inventory Management

Oversee the ordering and inventory of ingredients, supplies, and equipment to ensure that our kitchen is well-stocked and efficient.

Food Safety and Quality

Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Staff Management

Recruit, train, and develop our kitchen staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.

Experience

At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Language

Fluency in English.
