About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Spicy Garden Pho House Restaurant Ltd. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for leading the culinary operations and ensuring that our customers receive the highest quality food and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution

Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our customers.

Chef Management

Lead and manage a team of chefs and kitchen staff to ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards and that the kitchen runs efficiently.

Inventory Management

Manage inventory levels and ensure that all ingredients and supplies are ordered and received in a timely manner.

Quality Control

Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all food meets our high standards.

Staff Training and Development

Provide training and development opportunities to help our chefs and kitchen staff improve their skills and knowledge.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role

Culinary Skills

Proven culinary skills and knowledge of international cuisine

Leadership Skills

Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

Working Conditions

This is a fast-paced environment, and you will be required to work in a team to meet the demands of a busy kitchen. You will be expected to work overtime as required and to be flexible with your working hours.
