Your Responsibilities
This role offers a diverse range of responsibilities, including:
- Welcoming customers warmly; addressing inquiries about products, pricing, and promotions while providing information about policies and store events.
- Managing daily deliveries, organizing the warehouse, ensuring merchandise is received, processed, and displayed according to standards.
- Delivering exceptional customer service during refunds, exchanges, and purchases, adhering to company guidelines.
- Overseeing fitting room operations: maintaining cleanliness and organization, and responding to customer inquiries.
Your Qualifications
To embark on a career with us, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent work experience.
- Strong customer service, communication (both verbal and written), and time management skills.
- The ability to organize and maintain a warehouse, along with performing minor repairs.
Compensation: Salary range: $ - $ per hour*
This represents the expected starting salary range, which may not encompass the complete salary range for the position. Compensation may exceed the displayed range based on various factors, including relevant skills, experience, and local labor market conditions.
