Job Title: Technical Support Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Analyst to join our team at Blackman Support Services Ltd.

Job Summary

The Technical Support Analyst will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients and internal teams. This includes troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, providing training and guidance, and maintaining accurate records of problems and solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and assistance to clients and internal teams via phone, email, and in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to computer systems, networks, and software
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of problems and solutions
  • Provide training and guidance to clients and internal teams on technical procedures and best practices
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technical systems and software
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a technical support role
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field an asset
