Job Title: Clinician, Mental Health

We are seeking a skilled Clinician, Mental Health to join our team at Northern Health Authority. As a Clinician, Mental Health, you will be responsible for providing primary therapeutic, case management, and mental health and substance use support services for assigned clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide therapeutic services to clients, including individual and group sessions
  • Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
  • Conduct assessments and provide recommendations for treatment
  • Collaborate with community agencies and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care
  • Provide education and support to clients and their families
Requirements:
  • Baccalaureate degree in a mental health and substance use related discipline
  • Two years of recent related experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with diverse populations and cultures
