- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and effective treatment outcomes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with community resources and services to support client needs.
- Provide education and support to clients and families on mental health and substance use issues.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance clinical practices and patient outcomes.
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counselling Psychology, or a related field.
- Two years of recent experience working with clients and families with mental health and substance use disorders.
- Eligibility for registration with a relevant professional association.
- Valid Class V British Columbia driver's license and access to a personal vehicle for business purposes.
