We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Clinician to join our team at Fraser Health. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality care to individuals and families affected by mental illness and substance use disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive assessments, treatment plans, and interventions to clients with complex mental health needs.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and effective treatment outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community resources and services to support client needs.
  • Provide education and support to clients and families on mental health and substance use issues.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance clinical practices and patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counselling Psychology, or a related field.
  • Two years of recent experience working with clients and families with mental health and substance use disorders.
  • Eligibility for registration with a relevant professional association.
  • Valid Class V British Columbia driver's license and access to a personal vehicle for business purposes.
