Community Engagement Specialist

As a Community Engagement Specialist, you will collaborate with both new and existing clients across various sectors, fostering and sustaining a vibrant community within your workspace. Your role will encompass managing all administrative and support functions, allowing clients to concentrate on their core business activities.

Your Daily Responsibilities

Your day begins with ensuring that the workspace is prepared and welcoming for clients. As clients arrive, you will address their inquiries, whether it’s providing updated Wi-Fi information or assisting with meeting room setups.

Throughout the day, you will handle a range of requests, from sorting mail to managing service tickets for temperature adjustments in office spaces. Your ability to multitask and prioritize will be key in delivering exceptional service.

Midday, you will collaborate with the Community Manager to organize networking events, creating promotional materials and engaging with potential new members to enhance the community.

As the day winds down, you will ensure that all areas are tidy and ready for the next day, while also providing guidance to clients concluding their meetings.

Candidate Profile

We seek an individual who excels in managing diverse tasks while delivering outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong communication skills, with a knack for building professional relationships and understanding client needs (1+ years of customer service experience preferred)
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving
  • A positive attitude and adaptability in dynamic environments
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic IT tools
  • Eligibility to work in the country of application and must be at least 18 years old
