Operations Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Supervisor to join our team at Northwest London Veterinary Clinic. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our animal hospital, clinic, or mobile service to farms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and submit reports to management
  • Ensure the efficient operation of equipment and facilities
  • Co-ordinate and review work assignments for staff
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be performed
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
  • Consult with clients to provide ongoing support and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene and sanitation practices and policies
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to travel as required
Working Conditions:

This is a permanent, full-time position working 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
