Overview: We are seeking a dedicated individual to fill the role of Customer Service Representative. This position is integral to our operations, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive support to our external sales team, acting as a liaison between customers and service personnel.
  • Accurately complete necessary documentation, including processing orders and generating sales quotes.
  • Create and manage Service Work Orders for Technicians.
  • Review sales and service orders for accuracy and completeness.
  • Monitor and expedite order processing to ensure timely delivery.
  • Input and modify data related to customer orders.
  • Ensure that all special requirements for service are addressed promptly.
  • Offer administrative assistance to the sales team, including payment follow-ups and workload support.
  • Maintain effective communication with customers, including contractors and homeowners, to relay accurate information.
  • Confirm customer needs and schedule service appointments efficiently.
  • Manage the main phone line, directing calls as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of Grade 12 education.
  • Proven experience in customer service (1-2 years preferred).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Experience in sales or construction is advantageous.
