Operations Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Support Specialist to join our team at NBC. As an Operations Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business by providing administrative support to our team.
Key Responsibilities- Client Welcome and Support: Warmly welcome clients to our branch and direct them to the right resource person.
- Customer Service: Provide top-quality customer service in person, on the phone, and via email.
- Office Management: Ensure that all common spaces for the team and for greeting clients feel welcoming and appear professional.
- Conference Room Scheduling: Organize and manage conference room schedules for clients.
- Event Coordination: Help coordinate events and conferences with internal/external partners.
- Administrative Tasks: Carry out various daily administrative activities (e.g., mail, distribute and file documents, order supplies).
