Position Overview

As a Food and Beverage Server at Ginger Indian Cuisine Inc., you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks that ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Interaction: Welcome guests, present menus, and provide insightful recommendations on food and beverage selections.
  • Order Management: Accurately take orders and communicate them to kitchen and bar staff, ensuring timely service.
  • Payment Processing: Present bills to customers and process payments through various methods including cash, credit, and debit cards.
  • Menu Knowledge: Describe menu items, including daily specials, and advise on wine selections to enhance the dining experience.
  • Inventory Management: Order and maintain stock of wines and related glassware to ensure availability.
Work Environment

This position requires working in a fast-paced environment where you will need to perform under pressure while maintaining a high level of service.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Previous experience is an asset, but we are willing to provide training for the right candidate.
