Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Server to join our team at Hellcrust Pizza. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Serve food and beverages, take orders, and relay to kitchen and bar staff.
  • Point of Sale: Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit, or debit cards.
  • Table Management: Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs.
  • Teamwork: Assist clients/guests with special needs and work collaboratively with other staff members.
Requirements
  • Communication Skills: Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Reliability: Consistent attendance and punctuality.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with other staff members.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience: Previous experience in a food and beverage service environment is an asset.
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
Work Environment
