Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Food and Beverage Server to join our team at Birdie Indoor Golf Center Ltd. This role involves providing exceptional service to our guests in a vibrant and engaging environment.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary school or equivalent experience.
  • Languages: Proficiency in Mandarin or Chinese is considered an asset.
Work Environment
  • Private club atmosphere.
  • Golf course setting.
Key Responsibilities
  • Must be of legal age to mix and serve alcoholic beverages.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly.
  • Prepare and serve specialty dishes directly to customers.
  • Present bills and process payments via cash, credit, debit, or other accepted methods.
  • Maintain cleanliness by clearing and sanitizing tables, trays, and chairs.
  • Serve food and beverages efficiently.
  • Assist clients and guests with special requirements.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service consistently.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments as needed.
  • Perform receptionist duties when required.

Experience Requirements

Compensation and Benefits
  • Eligible for bonuses and commissions.
  • Permanent position with a bilingual work environment.
  • Work hours ranging from 18 to 35 hours per week.
