River Rock Casino Resort is seeking a dedicated and experienced Server to join our dynamic Food & Beverage team. Reporting directly to the Manager, Food & Beverage, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

As a Server, your primary responsibilities will encompass:

  • Taking orders from guests and providing insightful recommendations on our diverse menu offerings.
  • Serving guests with a warm and attentive demeanor, ensuring their satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
  • Highlighting daily specials to guests, showcasing the culinary creativity of our chefs.
  • Providing detailed information about menu items and beverages, enhancing guests' understanding and enjoyment.
  • Preparing food and beverages as required, contributing to a seamless service flow.
  • Presenting bills promptly upon request and efficiently processing payments.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized dining area by removing empty glassware and ensuring a pleasant ambiance.
  • Collaborating effectively with other team members, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to assist in various sections as needed.
  • Communicating clearly and professionally with all operational departments, fostering a cohesive work environment.
  • Adhering to all licensing laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies to ensure a safe and compliant operation.

To excel in this role, you will possess:

  • A minimum of 6 months of recent experience handling cash transactions and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build rapport with guests and colleagues alike.
  • The ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and maintaining composure under pressure.
  • A strong work ethic and commitment to delivering outstanding service, exceeding guest expectations.
  • A valid Serving It Right certificate, demonstrating your knowledge of responsible alcohol service practices.
