Reconciliation Accounting Specialist (Contract Position - Fully Onsite)

The Reconciliation Accounting Specialist serves as a key resource within the Global Operations team, collaborating closely with Domestic Branches, internal stakeholders, and external partners to deliver expert reconciliation services in a centralized, customer-centric setting.

This role demands timely execution of tasks while adhering to regulatory standards and internal policies, fostering a culture focused on performance and exceptional customer service.

Customer Engagement: Promotes a client-focused environment to enhance relationships and leverage broader organizational connections, systems, and expertise. This includes ongoing training to maintain proficiency and staying updated with relevant publications and procedural changes.

Operational Excellence: Cultivates a responsive and adaptable support atmosphere, emphasizing risk mitigation by:

  • Monitoring and prioritizing workload to enhance operational efficiency;
  • Complying with daily business controls to address operational, regulatory, and conduct risks;
  • Understanding the Bank's risk framework and integrating it into daily decision-making.

Professional Development: Actively contributes to a high-performance culture by:

Engaging collaboratively with management and various units to resolve challenges, eliminate obstacles, reduce expenses, and enhance service delivery.

Possessing comprehensive knowledge of banking policies, procedures, and regulations, along with proficiency in tools such as Pega, MS Office Suite, AS400, FFT, TKS, Intralink, and IRIS.

Flexibility in adapting to changing circumstances is essential, along with a background in relevant education or experience.
