As a vital member of our Corporate Central Finance division, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial integrity of our Corporate brands. Your responsibilities will encompass managing reconciliations related to credit cards, customers, vendors, banks, and commissions, alongside engaging in various reconciliation initiatives. You will serve as the primary contact for financial inquiries, guaranteeing prompt and precise resolutions that facilitate seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute a substantial volume of numerical detail tasks with both speed and accuracy.
  • Manage multiple priorities within stringent deadlines, ensuring thorough oversight.
  • Rapidly acquire knowledge of new internal accounting systems, processes, and protocols.
  • Notify operations and finance team members of discrepancies for swift resolution.
  • Monitor the progress of all bank reconciliations and relay updates to the team.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, applicable accounting standards, and minimum standards for financial systems and processes.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned, embracing the dynamic nature of our work.

Experience & Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with coursework in accounting (post-secondary education is preferred).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounts payable, or related financial roles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Dynamics 365 (financial), and Microsoft Outlook.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Demonstrated initiative in resolving issues and identifying opportunities.
  • High adaptability and capacity to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Proven organizational and time management skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, fostering relationships at all levels.
