  • Meet with clients to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Manage incidents and provide ongoing support to clients to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
  • Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure timely completion and effective resource utilization.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to maintain a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
