Key Responsibilities:
The Deputy Restaurant General Manager will be responsible for understanding and implementing all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and training programs.

It is essential to ensure that every guest experiences exceptional hospitality, receiving attentive, courteous, and thoughtful service at all times.

The Deputy Restaurant General Manager will oversee that all food and products are prepared and served according to the restaurant's established recipes, portioning, cooking, and serving standards.

A successful Deputy Restaurant General Manager will also be involved in making hiring and termination decisions while actively working to develop staff across various professional competencies.

We seek a reliable candidate who can manage cash and other receipts by following cash handling and reconciliation procedures in line with restaurant policies.
