Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales and service team, you will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with contractors, architects, and trade organizations to drive sales growth in your territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve territory sales goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their formwork needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with our engineering team to develop efficient forming solutions for customers.
- Coordinate shipments and logistics to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Construction, or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Proven sales and service experience in the construction industry, with a strong understanding of formwork solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time, with occasional overnight stays.
- Bilingual capabilities a plus.
