Job SummaryWe're seeking a Territory Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales and service team, you'll be responsible for developing long-term relationships with contractors, architects, and trade organizations to drive sales growth in your territory.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their formwork needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with our engineering team to develop efficient forming solutions for customers.
- Coordinate shipments and ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Construction, or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of general business and sales processes a plus, but not required.
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to read blueprints.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time, with occasional overnight stays.
- Bilingual capabilities a plus.
