About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager - Business Operations to join our team at AJIO Korean & Japanese Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of quality, service, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service Development: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
  • Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews to evaluate team members and provide constructive feedback for growth and development.
  • Cost Control: Cost products and services to ensure optimal profitability and efficiency.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure timely restocking and minimize waste.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to protect employees and customers.
  • Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to secure the best possible deals.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Event Management: Manage events and functions to ensure smooth execution and high customer satisfaction.
  • Operational Planning: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to maintain efficiency and productivity.
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager - Business Operations who can lead our team to success. You will have a proven track record of success in a similar role, with excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 30 hours per week.
