Physiotherapy Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Physiotherapy Assistant to join our team at Crystal Physio. As a key member of our rehabilitation team, you will play a vital role in supporting our physiotherapists and occupational therapists in delivering high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist health care professionals in the delivery of treatment programs to patients with various injuries or disabilities.
- Apply and adjust casts, splints, and bandages as required.
- Clean and maintain equipment to ensure a safe and hygienic environment.
- Prepare and maintain equipment and supplies to support patient care.
- Remove casts, sutures, and pins as directed by physiotherapists and/or occupational therapists.
- Collect and maintain accurate statistics on patient rehabilitation progress.
- Maintain a clean and organized inventory of equipment and supplies.
- Document patient rehabilitation progress in a clear and concise manner.
- Perform general clerical duties to support the smooth operation of our clinic.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Permanent full-time position, 30 hours per week.
- English language proficiency.
Our clinic operates in a fast-paced environment, requiring the ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail. The successful candidate will be able to distinguish between colors, have sound discrimination, and be able to perform a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
