Job Title: Front Desk Hotel Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Front Desk Hotel Clerk to join our team at Slave Lake Accommodations LTD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Register arriving guests and assign rooms efficiently.
  • Process group arrivals and departures, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out experiences.
  • Manage room reservations, cancellations, and changes with accuracy.
  • Provide guests with information on hotel facilities and services, as well as recommendations for local attractions.
  • Process guest departures, calculate charges, and receive payments in a timely manner.
  • Maintain an up-to-date inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
  • Answer phone calls, relay messages, and contact guests to deliver wake-up calls.
  • Offer exceptional customer service, addressing guest concerns and resolving issues promptly.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment opportunity.
  • English language proficiency.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Client focus and team player attitude.
