About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Conference Production Coordinator to join our team at Generis. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of world-class industry-focused summits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive agendas for our summits, incorporating market research and industry trends.
  • Recruit and manage speakers, ensuring a diverse and high-quality lineup.
  • Collaborate with senior professionals from leading Fortune 1000 companies to deliver exceptional results.
  • Manage the production process from initial conception to final execution, ensuring meticulous attention to detail.
  • Liaise with vendors and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry hot topics and trends.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with industry leaders and potential speakers.
  • Support delegate and sponsorship sales campaigns.
  • Manage agenda content and copy edits.
  • Ensure timely and effective communication with speakers, vendors, and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • University degree in a relevant field.
  • Exceptional research and writing skills.
  • Strong editorial capacity.
  • Strong business acumen and commercial awareness.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and client-facing skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Project management experience.
  • Valid passport and ability to travel.
  • Previous events experience a plus.
Working Hours

Monday - Thursday 8:30AM - 5:00PM, Friday 8:30AM - 4:30 PM.
