- Recruit and manage speakers, ensuring a diverse and high-quality lineup.
- Collaborate with senior professionals from leading Fortune 1000 companies to deliver exceptional results.
- Manage the production process from initial conception to final execution, ensuring meticulous attention to detail.
- Liaise with vendors and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry hot topics and trends.
- Develop and maintain relationships with industry leaders and potential speakers.
- Support delegate and sponsorship sales campaigns.
- Manage agenda content and copy edits.
- Ensure timely and effective communication with speakers, vendors, and stakeholders.
- University degree in a relevant field.
- Exceptional research and writing skills.
- Strong editorial capacity.
- Strong business acumen and commercial awareness.
- Exceptional interpersonal and client-facing skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Project management experience.
- Valid passport and ability to travel.
- Previous events experience a plus.
Monday - Thursday 8:30AM - 5:00PM, Friday 8:30AM - 4:30 PM.
