About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Strategic Partnerships to join our team at Connect&GO. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our global partnership strategy, driving revenue growth, and expanding our market reach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Partnership Strategy: Identify, prioritize, and develop strategic partnerships with technology providers, resellers, and industry influencers to expand Connect&GO's reach and impact in the market.
  • Drive Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth through partner-driven sales initiatives, leveraging extensive networks and channels to enhance customer acquisition and sales opportunities.
  • Maintain and Deepen Relationships: Maintain and deepen relationships with key partners, acting as the primary liaison and aligning partnership goals with Connect&GO's strategic objectives.
  • Implement Partner Enablement Programs: Implement comprehensive partner enablement programs, including training and resources, to ensure partners are equipped to effectively sell and support Connect&GO's solutions.
  • Craft and Execute Go-to-Market Strategies: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product development, etc.) to craft and execute go-to-market strategies for partnership initiatives, ensuring cohesion with overall business goals.
  • Develop and Oversee Joint Marketing Campaigns: Develop and oversee joint marketing campaigns with partners to generate demand and support sales activities.
  • Monitor Partner Performance: Monitor partner performance, establishing key metrics and KPIs, and conduct regular analysis to optimize partnership strategies and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Stay Abreast of Industry Trends: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics, integrating insights into partnership strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Lead Negotiations: Lead negotiations for partnership agreements, ensuring terms that benefit both Connect&GO and its partners while safeguarding the company's interests.
  • Develop Financial Models: Collaborate with the VP of sales and the finance team to develop financial models to project the impact of partnerships on revenue and profitability.
  • Prepare and Present Reports: Prepare and present regular reports on partnership performance to senior leadership.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in channel and alliances partnerships, preferably within the SaaS, technology or attractions industry.
  • Track Record: Demonstrated track record of developing successful partnership programs, driving revenue growth, and broadening market reach.
  • Contract Negotiation: Experience in contract negotiation and strategic planning with a keen understanding of mutually beneficial partnership dynamics.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the technology landscape within the entertainment and attractions industry is desirable.
  • Emotional Intelligence: High emotional intelligence, with the ability to engage in meaningful negotiations and manage complex partner relationships.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to evaluate partnership performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to evolving business needs, priorities, and industry trends.
