About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Part-Time Sales Supervisor to join our team at Genuine Canadian Corporation. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing sales floor operations, and leading a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers
  • Manage sales floor operations, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and stockroom organization
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Conduct sales floor audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and customer engagement
  • Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business objectives and goals
  • Perform other duties as assigned by store management
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a supervisory role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods of time
