About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at GameStop. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers and discuss their needs, providing advice and recommendations on products and services.
  • Sales Support: Assist customers with purchases, process transactions, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Merchandising: Assist with the display and maintenance of merchandise, including setting up displays and rotating stock.
  • Store Operations: Participate in opening and closing procedures, including counting cash and processing transactions.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail sales experience.
  • Language: Bilingual (English and Spanish).
  • Availability: 3 to 15 hours per week.
