Customer Service Representative

**Job Summary**

Sani Marc Inc is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, taking orders, and resolving any issues that may arise.


Key Responsibilities
  • Order Taking: Take orders for all our divisions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in processing customer requests.
  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Order Follow-up: Follow up with customers and sellers on order reception and invoicing, ensuring seamless communication and timely resolution of any issues.
  • Solutions-Oriented: Contribute to the pursuit of our mission of excellence by being solutions-oriented and proactive in resolving customer issues.
  • Pricing and Substitution: Establish pricing for certain products and suggest substitute products to satisfy customer needs.

Requirements
  • Quick Learning: Be a quick learner, sharp-minded, and adaptable, with a strong ability to learn and apply new skills.
  • High Volume Order Handling: Be motivated by a large quantity of orders and able to work quickly and efficiently to meet customer needs.
  • Team Player: Thrive on challenges and be a team player who contributes to the success of our customer service team.
  • Language Skills: Have advanced language skills in English and French, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sales and Service Aptitude: Have a natural aptitude for sales and a passion for customer service, with a strong ability to build relationships and resolve customer issues.
  • Computer Skills: Be comfortable working with computers and have a strong ability to learn and apply new software and systems.
