About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Success Specialist to join our team at Pagefreezer. As a key member of our Customer Success team, you will be responsible for executing the vision for customer success, building and expanding relationships with our customers, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to engage customers throughout the customer lifecycle, identify opportunities, and sell additional products and services.
  • Build alignment with customer goals to ensure they are maximizing their investment in Pagefreezer.
  • Grow assigned account revenue and increase product adoption.
  • Proactively nurture customer accounts using our tools, processes, and playbook.
  • Ensure healthy CRM hygiene and keep customers informed about the latest Pagefreezer news and releases.
  • Collaborate with the Onboarding & Implementation, and Support teams to ensure a smooth experience for customers.
Requirements
  • Alignment with our Core Values.
  • Past success in a SAAS business-to-business account management role, responsible for delivering strategic revenue retention and growth.
  • Comfortable with computers, software, tech, and IT environments.
  • Bonus points for familiarity with legal, compliance, and/or records management technologies.
  • Curious, learns quickly, and open to coaching and feedback.
  • Able to strategize account management, uncover opportunities, and close deals confidently.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, adaptable and clear, with the ability to navigate complex and technical conversations.
  • Solid problem solver, able to search for or build solutions when needed.
  • Competitive with yourself, with a love for learning new things, continuously improving, acquiring new skills, and succeeding.
  • Able to independently prioritize projects and opportunities based on guidance from your manager.
  • Familiarity with CRMs and other sales technologies, LinkedIn, and Zoom.
  • Able to adopt and improve our current processes or create solutions from scratch.
