About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Operating Officer to join our team at 7972288 Canada Inc. as a key member of our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, ensuring seamless integration and effective communication.
  • Policy Formulation: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs to drive business success.
  • Representation: Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions, ensuring effective communication and representation of our interests.
  • Team Management: Select and develop middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegating authority and creating optimum working conditions to drive business success.
Supervision and Team Management
  • Lead and manage a team of 11-15 people, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure team success.
Security and Safety
  • Ensure that all employees are bondable and adhere to our company's security and safety policies.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines to drive business success.
  • Work under pressure, making informed decisions and taking calculated risks to drive business growth.
  • Manage a large workload, prioritizing tasks and delegating responsibilities to ensure timely completion.
