Customer Billing Representative Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Customer Billing Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, handling billing inquiries, and processing payments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer billing telephone inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Support the Sales Centres and Insurance Branches with accepting and processing payments and maintaining billing of client policies
  • Provide great customer service to Licensed Insurance Advisors and other staff from both the Contact Centre and Insurance Branches
Requirements:
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
  • Strong/accurate Data Entry Skills and ability to talk and type while navigating screens
  • Proficient in Windows applications, specifically MS Excel and MS Word
  • Billing or credit experience is an asset but not required
