Job Title: Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team at Leap Recruitment Partners. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling billing inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer billing telephone inquiries in a professional, timely, and courteous manner
  • Support the Sales Centres and Insurance Branches with accepting and processing payments and maintaining billing of client policies
  • Provide great customer service to Licensed Insurance Advisors and other staff from both the Contact Centre and Insurance Branches

Requirements:

  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to adapt quickly to change
  • Problem solving skills
  • Strong/accurate Data Entry Skills and ability to talk and type while navigating screens
  • Proficient in Windows applications, specifically MS Excel and MS Word
