About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Associate to join our team at Newmarket Inn. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Services: Greet and welcome guests, respond to their inquiries, and provide information about hotel services and amenities.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk, handle guest requests, and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Communication: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and communicate with guests and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experience.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Work Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position in a fast-paced hotel environment. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a team-oriented setting and provide excellent customer service in a dynamic environment.
