Key Responsibilities- Provide warm and welcoming greetings to guests, directing them to contacts or service areas as needed.
- Obtain and process information required to provide excellent customer service, including responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Record and relay important information to guests and staff, ensuring seamless communication and a positive experience.
- Perform various administrative tasks, such as filing, sorting, and distributing mail, as well as maintaining accurate work records and logs.
- Answer telephone calls and relay messages to guests and staff, providing clear and concise information.
- Calculate billing charges and process payments in a timely and accurate manner.
- Monitor mobile radio or telephone for important messages and updates.
- Provide directory assistance and relay service to guests with disabilities.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
This is a permanent, full-time position working 40 hours per week in a fast-paced hotel environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a customer service or front desk role an asset.
