Patient Support Specialist

CB Canada is seeking a highly skilled Case Manager to join our team. As a Case Manager, you will be responsible for managing assigned projects and cases, providing telephone support to patients, healthcare professionals, and funding bodies, and implementing call-centre programs.
Key Responsibilities- Manage assigned projects and cases, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Provide telephone support to patients, healthcare professionals, and funding bodies, addressing their queries and concerns.
- Implement call-centre programs, including provision of patient, healthcare professional, and funding body support.
- Administer and adhere to case-management protocols, including clinical monitoring, data collection, and patient follow-up.
- Participate in market research initiatives with physicians, patients, pharmacists, and other allied health professionals.
- Document all activities in program-specific databases.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Communicate effectively with team members, managers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless case management.
- Broad training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences, or similar vocations.
- Minimum one year experience in customer service.
- Bilingual (French/English) is an asset.
- Ability to multitask, with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Advanced knowledge of the pharmaceutical distribution industry.
- Working knowledge of automated warehouse operating systems.
- Strong business and financial acumen.
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
- Effective interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Effective organizational skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to consistently meet deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office programs.
