Job Summary

CB Canada is seeking a highly skilled Case Manager to join our team. As a Case Manager, you will be responsible for managing assigned projects and cases, providing telephone support to patients, healthcare professionals, and funding bodies, and implementing call-centre programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage assigned projects and cases, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Provide telephone support to patients, healthcare professionals, and funding bodies, addressing their queries and concerns.
  • Implement call-centre programs, including provision of patient, healthcare professional, and funding body support.
  • Administer and adhere to case-management protocols, including clinical monitoring, data collection, and patient follow-up.
  • Participate in market research initiatives with physicians, patients, pharmacists, and other allied health professionals.
  • Document all activities in program-specific databases.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, managers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless case management.
Requirements
  • Broad training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences, or similar vocations.
  • Minimum one year experience in customer service.
  • Bilingual (French/English) is an asset.
  • Ability to multitask, with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced knowledge of the pharmaceutical distribution industry.
  • Working knowledge of automated warehouse operating systems.
  • Strong business and financial acumen.
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
  • Effective interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Effective organizational skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to consistently meet deadlines.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office programs.
