Key Responsibilities:- Partner with healthcare teams and leadership to build capacity and leadership for concerns to be managed at the local level
- Support patients, families, staff, physicians, and volunteers in the compliment and concern process
- Collaborate with Patient Safety and Risk Management Specialists and Quality Improvement Specialists as required
- Provide support for hospital initiatives focused on patient and family experience, quality, safety, and risk
- Regulated Health Professional with a minimum of 5 years clinical experience preferred
- Member of a Regulated College in Ontario
- Undergraduate degree preferred
- Experience in a Patient and Family Relations Role preferred
- Bilingualism in French/English an asset
