Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with healthcare teams and leadership to build capacity and leadership for concerns to be managed at the local level
  • Support patients, families, staff, physicians, and volunteers in the compliment and concern process
  • Collaborate with Patient Safety and Risk Management Specialists and Quality Improvement Specialists as required
  • Provide support for hospital initiatives focused on patient and family experience, quality, safety, and risk
Requirements:
  • Regulated Health Professional with a minimum of 5 years clinical experience preferred
  • Member of a Regulated College in Ontario
  • Undergraduate degree preferred
  • Experience in a Patient and Family Relations Role preferred
  • Bilingualism in French/English an asset
